Heritage at Play is a documentary project on the role of Gaelic Games in Irish Society. It is a joint production between Zachary McCune and Colleen Brogan. We are sponsored by an AT & T New Media Fellowship and supported by the Watson Institute for International Studies. For just under a month from mid June to mid July 2010 (flying out July 14), Zack and Colleen will be traveling around Ireland meeting with GAA players, fans, journalists, managers, historians, and supporters to observe first hand how gaelic games work in Ireland. They are grateful for the collaborative support of the GAA Oral History Project at Boston College Ireland and the assistance of their friends in Ireland and abroad.
